Rope Lubricant

The quality of the lubricant is very important for elevator ropes. Our Brugg lubricant was especially developed for the lubrication of elevator ropes.

Technology that convinces:

• outstanding lubrication capability that optimally reduces the internal friction within the rope.

• fast creep property and good penetration capability, as a result of which the lubricant can easily penetrate into the interior of the rope and strands.

• excellent corrosion protection properties, which optimally protect the rope against corrosion due to humidity etc.

• very good adhesion, as a result of which no lubricant is thrown off the rope even at high rope speeds.

• neutral with respect to rope roller linings made of rubber and synthetic materials (no swelling).

• quickly, biologically degradable due to its composition of vegetable-based oils.

• does not contain solvents - can be used without problem in closed rooms.
